Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Evidentity Dentistry website and services operated by Evidentity LLC, including AI Demand Diagnostics, Canonical AI Clinic Profiles, Clinical Intelligence, AI Sites, AI Demand Mapping, Recommendation Control and related specialist engagements.

Terms for Evidentity Dentistry

Where a signed proposal, order form, service agreement or other accepted commercial document applies to a specific client relationship, that document governs the relevant commercial scope in the event of a conflict with these general website Terms.

Evidentity Dentistry may be used only for lawful professional and business purposes. Customers are responsible for ensuring that information they provide is accurate to the best of their knowledge, that they are authorised to provide it and that the requested public representation does not infringe third-party rights or professional obligations.

Clinic customers retain authority over their clinical operations, clinician relationships, treatment availability, commercial terms and other material facts that originate inside the clinic.

Where account access is provided, credentials must be protected and used only by authorised personnel. Customers are responsible for their own internal account access and should notify Evidentity promptly if unauthorised access or misuse is suspected.

Users may not interfere with service security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer restricted systems, introduce malicious code, misuse recommendation-monitoring infrastructure, submit information unlawfully, impersonate clinicians or organisations, or deliberately instruct Evidentity to publish capabilities, credentials, clinical claims or commercial statements that the clinic is not authorised to make.

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy of clinic-originated facts supplied to Evidentity. Evidentity may structure, govern, publish and monitor those facts according to the agreed service, but clinic attestation does not become independent clinical verification merely because it is represented through Evidentity infrastructure.

Customers should notify Evidentity of material changes that affect current clinic identity, clinicians, locations, treatment capability, pricing, financing, warranty conditions, patient pathways or other governed information.

Evidentity Dentistry is infrastructure for clinic representation and AI-mediated provider-selection environments. Evidentity does not perform dental diagnosis, treatment planning or clinical treatment and does not replace professional assessment by the clinic's clinical team.

The Canonical AI Clinic Profile describes the organisation and its current treatment architecture. It does not determine whether an individual patient is clinically eligible for a particular treatment.

Standard Evidentity Dentistry services are designed to operate without patient records, radiographs, diagnostic files, medical histories or individual treatment plans. Customers should not provide identifiable patient health information through ordinary Evidentity workflows unless a separate documented arrangement expressly permits and governs that processing.

Evidentity retains all rights in its software, operating architecture, methodology, interfaces, data structures, monitoring systems, analytical frameworks, documentation and proprietary technology. Customers retain rights in their own business information, branding, clinical materials and other content supplied to Evidentity.

Each party grants the limited rights required for the other party to deliver or receive the agreed service.

Where the service includes AI Sites, machine-readable endpoints or other public outputs, the customer authorises Evidentity to structure and publish the approved clinic information necessary to provide those outputs.

Publication status remains governed through the Canonical AI Clinic Profile and related service workflows.

AI Demand Map and Recommendation Intelligence outputs are based on observed recommendation behaviour under defined testing conditions. They are used to identify market participation, substitution, omission, interpretation and movement across repeated tests.

These outputs are commercial recommendation intelligence. They are not clinical quality ratings and should not be interpreted as independent certification of a clinic, clinician or treatment.

Applicable prices, implementation fees, recurring fees, payment terms, renewal conditions and service scope are governed by the relevant product page, accepted order, invoice or signed commercial document.

Recurring AI Recommendation Control services continue until cancelled according to the applicable billing and cancellation terms.

Where a service expressly includes the Evidentity Progress Guarantee, the guarantee operates according to the conditions published on the canonical Guarantee page and any applicable commercial agreement.

Guarantee-related refunds or fee relief are separate from ordinary cancellation refunds.

Evidentity may suspend or terminate service for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, deliberate provision of materially false information, misuse of public claims, persistent non-payment or other conduct that materially threatens service integrity.

Customers may terminate services according to the cancellation terms attached to the relevant service relationship.

Evidentity observes and works across external AI and retrieval environments as part of its Recommendation Intelligence function. Those environments evolve independently and may change recommendation behaviour, source usage, interfaces and model responses over time.

Evidentity's managed service is therefore measured through the recommendation-control framework and, where applicable, the Progress Guarantee rather than through a promise that every external system will produce an identical recommendation.

Except where liability cannot legally be limited, Evidentity's aggregate liability arising from a service relationship is limited to the fees paid or payable for the service period giving rise to the claim, unless a separate signed commercial agreement establishes a different limitation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to mandatory rights that may apply under another jurisdiction.
